AB 616 (Rodriguez) could harm the ability of physician practices to recruit physicians, health care providers, and employees effectively, and we need physician voices to encourage a “NO” vote from legislators. Tell Your State Assemblymember to Protect Medical Board Integrity A bill that proposes alarming changes, including moving the Board to a public member majority and increasing the licensing fee, is being heard in the California legislature.
